The personal details, including name, contact details and CV, of candidates, are held and used by us for matching candidate details to job vacancies, and to assist us in finding suitable employment for candidates. Except in the course of providing a recruitment consultancy service to our candidates and clients, we hold this data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will never divulge any candidate personal details or details of the business of our clients held by us to third parties. However, we may release information to regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required to do so by law.

Cookies are used within the Lewis Row website to provide enhanced technical functionality. Cookies and the information contained within them are stored only on your own computer and are not collected, processed or otherwise accessed or retained by us. CV’s

When applying for specific and speculative vacancies via this website candidates are required to submit a copy of their CV. We may retain for consideration of future positions or to proactively put forward to clients on behalf of candidates. After submission of a CV to us through our website, such CV will only be stored on our secure internal servers and will not be stored online or otherwise be accessible remotely or by third parties. CVs will only be sent to clients once consent of a candidate has been obtained.
